Patch 9.23 Pre-Season Patch

Ahoy fellas! Sorry, I could not post yesterday :(.

However, today is the day! The big patch, the beginning of the  Pre-season 10 patch!

The patch contains numerous changes. No hero changes due to maps getting changed around. Some champions like Kayle/Ezreal that heavily rely on Kleptomancy which is removed and replaced by Prototype: Omnistone. It’ll be interesting to see how it’ll go for the next few weeks!

The champion Tier List will be updated by next Monday ~ Tuesday.
