EDIT: TURNS OUT THIS IS NOT SHINY DESPITE IT’S UNUSUAL COLOR. DARN IT!!

That’s not shiny the Pokemon flabébé has five different flower colours (red, white, blue, yellow and orange) shiny flabébé can have any one these flower colours but it’s eyes are blue and has a purple bottom bit
